Elante Luggage wants to insure that every customer is 100% satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you received the merchandise. Returned goods must be in the same condition in which you received them. Used products are non-refundable. Elante Luggage reserves the right to refuse products that are returned to us in used condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
